We are always happy to process returns providing the request is genuine and for the right reason. As online sellers, we have to accept returns in line with consumer legislation.
Please refer to the information below for details on our refund deadlines and policies. Please note that our policies differ between different brands and that payment options may vary from one Service to another. Please also note that we treat violations of our Terms and Conditions very seriously. We have no obligation to offer refunds to users who violate these terms, even if their requests are made within the designated refund period. You must meet the following criteria for a Refund.
Our policy is valid for 14 calendar days from the date of the delivery. We do not offer refunds; however, you can return the product for an exchange. If the period of 14 days has elapsed since the date of the delivery, we can't, unfortunately, offer you an exchange.
We only replace items if they are sent by errors or damaged or lost for reasons due to our error. Please report any errors or damages within 48 hours of receipt of the order by sending an email to (email@example.com). Leave the incorrect goods/damaged goods in the original condition and original shipping carton. You might be required to provide proof. We cannot replace a damaged shipment if a proper claim has not been placed with the carrier and/or insurance company within the said time frame.
The following criteria must be met to qualify for an exchange:
- Product is defective
- The product must be in original packaging
- The product must be unused
All returns will be inspected to ensure the above criteria have been met. If the product does not meet the listed standards, we reserve the right not to issue an exchange. Perishable goods are entirely exempt from being returned.
Proof of purchase
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt, purchase order, or other proof of purchase. Please note that without the proof of purchase, we will not do an exchange.
Sale and clearance items
Only regular-priced items may be exchanged. Unfortunately, sale or clearance items cannot be exchanged.
- To return an order, you must contact us first at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs of the items you wish to exchange. We will not refund the shipping costs.
- You must ensure that the goods are correctly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect it, then we may reject an exchange
Cryptocurrency Refund Policy
If you pay for our products in cryptocurrency, please be aware that there will be NO REFUNDS for all orders paid in this alternative payment method. Rico Syndicate LLC retains the right to deny all refund requests for orders paid in cryptocurrency.
- For all returns other than damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items (see above), you will be responsible for the shipping charges to return the item(s).
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you that we have received your returned item.
- We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, we will notify you.
- Shipping back the item is handled by the customer
- Your refund will be in the form of payment used for the purchase except for cryptocurrency (non-refundable).
- Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 10-15 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
- If you haven't received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
- If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
TERMINATION WITHOUT REFUND
We reserve the right to terminate accounts without refund or prior notice if you violate our published Terms and conditions or become verbally abusive to our staff, other users of our site, or our associates. If such a user tries to resubscribe to our site, we reserve the right to terminate their account without a refund or prior notice and block their IP address.
Changes to this Refund Policy
At any time, we reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy. Such modifications will be communicated via our website. Additionally, you can obtain a current copy of our Refund Policy by contacting us via contact us form.
Rico Syndicate LLC is not responsible for any shipping deliveries affected by customs, natural occurrences, air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs, or back-end charges once the package has exited the United States, Europe, or partnering international countries.
Packages undeliverable by USPS, UPS, and/or their international shipping partners will be canceled and refunded once received and processed at our shipping hub.
